	Megan Poindexter - Executive Director megan@tihc.org Megan was named Executive Director in 2013. She has a Masters of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelors in Family Studies Human Services and Community Service. Megan has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years. She has worked as the Development Director for the Lied Center of Kansas, and adoptive family counselor/ social work supervisor for a national adoption agency, and an in-home early-childhood educator with low-income families in Kansas City, KS. She is a certified fundraising professional, graduate of Leadership Lawrence, and she volunteers across the community in a variety of capacities. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, traveling, reading and enjoying the outdoors.
	Scott Criqui - HR & Volunteer Manager scott@tihc.org Scott started at Trinity In-Home Care in June 2007 as the Human Resource Manager. Scott has been part of the Lawrence nonprofit sector since 1998. Prior to employment at Trinity In-Home Care, Scott worked for Headquarters Counseling Center and Hsopice Care of Douglas County. Scott holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology and Communications Studies and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. Scott's passions include advocacy and human rights.
	Mickey Dick - Client Services Manager mickey@tihc.org Mickey began as Trinity's Social Worker in May 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas, with a baccalaureate degree in Social Welfare. Before joining Trinity's staff, Mickey worked as Social Services Director at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence, KS. Before starting her own family, she was involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Douglas County and Lawrence Parks and Recreation. Mickey is passionate about aging issues and end of life care, as well as providing respite for caregivers in the community.
	Jennifer Schwartz - Care Coordinator jennifer@tihc.org Trinity was fortunate to welcome Jennifer to our staff in 2010. As a long-time advocate for people with disabilities, Jennifer provides a wealth of policy information. Jennifer served as Executive Director of KACIL, the Kansas Association for Centers of Indpedendent Living before coming to Trinity. Jennifer is active in the community, providing insight on statewide policy decisions and working to promote independent living for all people.

	Amanda Storm - Development Coordinator amanda@tihc.org Amanda began as part-time Development Coordinator in January 2012. Prior to joining the Trinity Team, she worked for KU Endowment. Amanda graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She enjoys planning events and had a blast pulling together "Dancing Through the Decades!" Look for more fun and exciting fundraising events to come! Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, running and learning cooking techniques from around the world.
